Yes. Our eco-friendly cleaning package uses carefully selected non-toxic and environmentally conscious products that are safe for families and pets.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Yes. We always arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies and tools. Clients may also request eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or client-provided products. That being said, if you would like us to use your cleaning supplies, just let us know!

Yes. We offer: Weekly Biweekly Monthly Custom recurring schedules Recurring clients also enjoy simplified scheduling and convenient payment options.

First-time cleanings are paid at the time of booking to reserve your appointment (at least 50% deposit). Recurring clients may securely keep a card on file for automatic billing after service.

Yes. Poppy’s Home Aid offers a personalized scent selection experience so your home feels exactly the way you prefer after each visit. Yes. Clients may request premium bamboo paper towels and bamboo toilet paper as part of their service. These eco-friendly options are a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products and pair perfectly with our Eco-Friendly Cleaning package.
