Agreement to Terms
By booking or using services provided by Poppy’s Home Aid (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential cleaning, organization, and related services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. With client permission, we may occasionally take non-identifiable before-and-after photos for quality control or marketing purposes. No personal information or identifying details will be shared without consent.
Services
Poppy’s Home Aid provides residential cleaning, organization, post-event cleanup, garage organization, and related add-on services. Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change without notice. Clients may choose from standard, eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or client-provided cleaning products. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of allergens or sensitivities.
Bookings. Payments & Cancellations
First-time appointments may require payment at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Recurring clients may keep a payment method on file for automatic billing after service completion. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, firearms, cash, jewelry, and sensitive materials prior to service. Poppy’s Home Aid is not responsible for damage to improperly secured or unstable items. Clients must inform us of pets prior to service appointments. Aggressive or unsafe animals must be secured during service visits. Poppy’s Home Aid is fully insured; however, liability for damages or claims is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service appointment in question, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
